ADMINISTRATIVE AND GOVERNING STRUCTURE

TVG has the following leadership structure.
A). Governing Council: This forms the highest decision-making body of the organization. It is a five-member Board headed by the chairman of the Board.

B). International Management Team: The international management team will be headed by the vice president and are mandated in operationalizing the mission of the organization at the international level and vice will be represented in the Governing Council or the board is responsible for assessing global development situations and advising TVG to align and mainstream the international strategies in its development interventions.

C). Management Team: This is the operational team that takes day-to-day operational decisions, ensures, and supervises the implementation of all project interventions. The team is led by the Chief Executive Officer and the vice president.

D). Administrative Team: This team is responsible for all the administrative issues of the organization. It is led by the Senior Administrator who manages and runs the office and it resources.

E). Accounts Team: The organization will develop a very credible accounts team that will oversee all the accountability and compliance issues of the organization. They will ensure that correct accounts books are kept, and vouchers are submitted to respective partners in time. This team is led by the accountant.

F). Field Officers: This is made up of officers responsible for the various thematic areas that the organizations work in. They are responsible for direct implementation of projects and programmes. Depending on the assignment at hand, field officers will continuously be recruited to implement given projects.

G). Associate Consultants: TVG has several associate consultants who offer various level of voluntary services to the organization. These consultants are recruited as and when the organization has some assignments that fall within the expertise of the consultants. They range from Accounts, Agricultural Value Chain Development, Agricultural Marketing, Advocacy, Reproductive Health, Fundraising experts etc.

H). Business Development and Partnership: This unit oversees business initiatives in collaboration with corporate institutions and development agencies to ensure continuity of business through innovations sessions and promotion of local and international contents for co-creation, demand and funding. TVG is repositioning to work interactively in developing innovative business solutions that provides lasting impact for it community especially agricultural value
